What information should I include in my message?
Tell us what service you need (renovation, repair, painting, flooring, etc.), roughly how big the project is, and your timeline if you have one. Photos are helpful but not required. The more we know upfront, the more accurate your estimate will be.
Do you provide estimates over the phone or in person?
Both. For smaller repairs or straightforward projects, we can often give you a ballpark over the phone. For larger jobs like kitchens, basements, or full renovations, we prefer to come see the space in person so nothing gets missed.
How soon can someone come look at my project?
We typically schedule in-person consultations within 2 to 5 business days of your request. If you need something faster, just let us know we'll do our best to accommodate urgent projects.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
You'll receive an email or phone call from our team acknowledging your request. We'll ask any follow-up questions if needed, then provide your free estimate. You're never obligated to move forward just because you asked for a quote.
Do you offer emergency repair services?
We do our best to accommodate urgent repair needs like water damage, broken locks, or unsafe conditions. Call us directly rather than using the form for emergencies, and we'll let you know if we can get someone out the same day.
